Digital Operations AI is a privately operated set of internal automation workflows, not a public software service or open registration platform.

Authorized use

Only the operator and users explicitly authorized by the operator may access connected workflow services. Each user is responsible for maintaining access only to accounts and information they are permitted to use.

Connected services

Use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, and any linked publication platforms remains subject to each provider's terms and privacy practices. The operator controls the workflows, permissions, and publication approvals.

Automation limitations

Generated drafts, images, metadata and workflow results may contain errors. Content should be checked for accuracy, rights, privacy, and platform requirements before publication. No guarantee of continuous availability, delivery, or accuracy is made.
